Holiday time with my mum! Singapore has been an amazing place to visit - this photo from mum @nolakphotos is amazing. Outside the Buddha Tooth Relic Temple was this set up for dinner - not sure who it was made up for, as our amazing guide @kaz1113 told us that is was the festival for “the hungry ghost” this month!
We however have found many places to eat his week - no ghosts 👻

It’s National Puppy Day somewhere in the world so just had to add my adorable fluffball.
He’s a ball of joy and fun - and so cute!! The kids tell me everyday how happy they are to have a dog. Best thing we did as a family.

My office is set up and I’m back into work!
Today is finalising our booklet for the Autumn Cleanse in Bunbury with @thetreehouseyoga.
With Easter so close (I had to get out my favourite Easter mug today!) I’m starting on the delicious Pukka Cleanse tea. The mix of nettle, fennel and peppermint is great for the liver and digestion.
We are giving all our Cleanse team some these teas to enjoy during their week of clean eating and daily yoga.

Reducing plastic use is so important for the future. One way to do this is to take your own reusable bags to shop and also have your own takeaway cup.
Treating myself today to this gorgeous new ceramic cup from @boatshedmarket and salted caramel chocolate from Loving Earth.
No reason for reusable to not be pretty!

I spotted this incredible vine down an alley way on my recent dusk walk around the streets.
It’s been such a long time between posts!
I found so much time was sucked up in creating food photos that I began to not enjoy the process.
Lots has changed in the past 12 months - new town, new schools and setting up a new business has needed my attention.
So with this new shift in location comes a shift in photo direction - I still love my food, and when I have the time I create things worth photographing. However I want to include more - as there are so many more inspiring feasts for eyes.
If this change is not for you, that’s ok - for the one thing that social media has taught me is to not get attached to the number of likes and followers.
That’s enough waffle from me!

Taking the time to catchup on reading this week and by the beach is the best place to be!
I have to say we have still managed to be quite active, yoga in the morning, the odd run, summing and lots of walking!
The best part is how happy the kids are!
