What is your tipping point?

We had a lovely weekend, saw family and friends, had great food and a few events squeezed in to make it fun. It was also an eye opening weekend for me. Over the past few weeks I have been talking (read that as whining!) to friends about how I'm feeling flat and blah, in need of a tune up. Something I have been asked recently is how long could I keep going with this lifestyle? Is it just a fad ? This question got me thinking. Would I still be living this way in 20 years - choosing organic, green juicing and home cooking to name a few habits. Will everyone else be on board? Will have anything left to share?
